Your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may return eligible products within 14
days of receipt for an exchange or refund. All returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
How to Make a Return.

Submit a Request
Complete the Return Form on our website or email returns@lyssonbeauty.com with your order number.

Prepare Your Item
Ensure all products are unused, sealed, and placed securely in their original packaging.

Post Your Return
Send your parcel to our return centre using a tracked postal service. Once received and inspected, we'll issue your refund or exchange within 7 business days.
Refunds Made Simple
Refunds are processed to your original payment method once your returned item has been received and approved. Please
allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refund Timeline
Inspection: 2–3 business days after we receive your return
Processing: 2–3 business days to process the refund
Bank Transfer: 5–10 working days for funds to appear in your account
Prefer an Exchange?
We’re happy to exchange any eligible product for another of equal value, subject to stock availability. Simply indicate your
preferred replacement item when submitting your return form.

receive and inspect your item, we’ll ship your
replacement within 2–3 business days.
